Halloween 2009...

Our Halloween started at the Salt Lake Real Soccer game, and ended at my sister Jamie's fabulous Halloween party! We were the "Rubble's" this year, Betty, Barney and Bam-Bam.

Legacy Center Halloween Party...

Tonight my sisters and I got the kids dressed up and took them to a Halloween party at the Lehi Legacy Center. There was a lot to do and as expected it was really crowded. There was a bunch of games, trick-or-treating, magic show, spook alley, movie and food. Overall I think everyone had a good time.

The Little Gym Halloween Party...

Today my sisters and I took the kids to The Little Gym Halloween Party in Orem. They had a bunch of games set up, Trunk or Treat and of course all the gymnastics equipment to play on. The kids had lots of fun and didn't want to leave! They also had a bunch of drawings... of course Jamie won a prize(a free pizza)-she seriously has some luck going and pretty much always wins when she enters any kind of drawing.

Cabela's...

So today my sisters and I were going to go to the Scarecrow festival, but by the time we got there the weather was horrible(raining on and off and REALLY windy.) So, instead we decided to go to Cabela's. The kids ended up acting like animals, but it was still a fun outing!

Beautiful Day...

Today was such a beautiful day, that after I was done running errands we decided to stop at a park in Orem. My sister Stephanie and her kids met up with us and it was just perfect!

South Fork...

On Monday my sister Stephanie and I took the kids up to South Fork(Provo Canyon.) Jamie was planning on coming as well but had some car problems at the last minute. It was such a beautiful drive! Seriously, all the mountains were covered with all the different colored leaves. I was tempted several times to pull over and take some pictures but I resisted. It was great weather as well. Stephanie grabbed a pizza on the way and so we had a little pizza picnic when we first got there. The kids had a great time... they loved the river as well as the huge pile of leaves someone had previously made. They also loved holding hands while we were walking along the path... so cute! Stephanie and I enjoyed each others company as usual. Stephanie had lots of fun playing in Photoshop Lightroom, so of course there are lots of pictures...

Incase you are wondering, we are not holding hands. :) Maddy took this picture... I think he did a pretty good job.

Maddy found this huge knobby stick and was using it as a sword... until he threw it into the river. He was laughing in this picture because he thought it was so funny that his "sword" got stuck on the rocks. Jace and Avery found it pretty entertaining as well!

We stopped at Vivian Park on the way back because the kids wanted to play on the slide. When we got home I couldn't believe how many crushed leaves Jace still had on him(I thought I did a pretty good job cleaning him off.) His shoes were seriously full. Thanks Stephanie for a fun time. Jamie we missed you!

Jace's First Fort...

So Justin is gone coyote hunting for 2 days, and Aaron and Vivian went back to Rexburg after staying with us for a month, so the day was pretty bleak... Don't fear though, mommy came up with a great idea for Jace and I to have a great weekend together....BUILD A FORT! This is the front view.

THRILLER...

Tonight we went to Thriller in Provo performed by Odyssey Dance Theatre. The dancing was amazing and so were the costumes. Before the show started they had the Thriller ghouls walking around and they stayed in character the whole time. They really were kinda scary, they would stare at you forever without looking away or blinking.
